Needlepoint Land stands behind all its products.  If there is ever any problem,
please call Erin to have it rectified.
Finishing projects are accepted on a 50% deposit basis.
Full and immediate payment is expected upon completion.
 Please be advised that Needlepoint Land may charge a 5% late payment fee
for of any net outstanding balance over 30 days due.
Needlepoint Land accepts call in orders.
All major credit cards welcome.
Items shown in Needlepoint Land’s online catalog are subject to prior sale.
If you purchase an item online that is temporarily out of stock,
we can either refund your money,
or special order the item, if it can still be obtained.
Needlepoint.land only sells threads that are custom pulled
for a canvas you buy from us online.  Proof of purchased required.
We do not issue credits for unused threads.
All sales final, but will gladly issue a store credit
if damaged canvases are returned within 14 business days of shipping.
Damaged shipments will be replaced, so please retain all packaging.
All shipped items are tracked.
 Return shipping costs for damaged merchandise
will be credited to you by Needlepoint Land.
Orders are shipped from Stuart, Florida.
No shipping charges for online orders.
No tax for online orders shipped out-of-state.
Required insurance for any canvas over $300.
Sorry, but no orders over $500 accepted online.
Needlepoint.land is a PCI-compliant eCommerce shop.
No personal information sold to third parties or shared with marketing affiliates.
Credit card numbers are not stored on Needlepoint.land’s servers or at the shop in any medium.
